Grist Mill Fine Arts Council, Inc. was established in 1977 to bring the full range of artistic expression and appreciation to southwest Iowa.  Since 1977, Grist Mill has presented stage musicals, reviews, plays, visual art shows, melodramas, literary events, home and garden tours, Olde English Christmas Feasts, puppet shows, elegant dinners, vocal and instrumental music concerts, fashion shows, a general store and annual senior high school awards.
